    Hi, I just stumbled on your blog last night and this afternoon im try out your Moi-Moi Roll up recipe.

    My questions are; In the video your blended batter looks so smooth like it was grinded with a Nigerian local grinder. How can I get my batter to be that smooth? I am using an Oster Blender and my batter isnt that smooth.

    What size is your baking pan? and what size (measurement) is your parchment paper? You seem to have used only one sheet or cutting.
    My parchment paper(30cm x 10cm).I would need to use at least three sheets to enable it cup properly so my batter doesnt spill unto the pan.

    Hmm. Very interesting way of preparing the Moimoi, even if you don’t roll it. I may have to give this a try. Moimoi is always a disaster for me for some reason lol
