Thank you for this! I was missing ewedu soup and bought the frozen leaves from the store with no clue how to cook it. I’m definitely trying this today.
Hi Ronke,
Where can I get prepacked jute leave.
I live in South Africa and Im missing ewedu.
If I get the local one from Nigeria and dry it, how long can it keep in the freezer if I store it?
Can I also get prepacked okro too?
Do you know a local Indian food store? they often sell it. it might be sold as molokhia. Yes, you can also get frozen okra. unfortunately I haven’t tried storing it, but I don’t see why it shouldn’t last for months if there is constant electricity.
It can be delivered to you
