This is a much healthier alternative to the classic Nigerian salad, it’s equally as delicious and doesn’t require a lot of time to make.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups thinly cut cabbage
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups mixed fruits of choice
- 1/4 cup fresh honey
- Juice of 2 fresh oranges
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, set in the fridge to chill.
I tried this yesterday (without the prawns)…. Yum!

I used some oranges in my fruit mix.. yes. I didn’t modify Chef Fregz recipe as all… I used it as he presented it on BallaNaija.
