Oven Roasted Sauced Turkey
I am a huge fan of turkey pieces, it’s a great way to mix up your protein without the commitment of a whole bird. For this recipe, I used turkey wings.
Ingredient
A)
6 turkey wings
Salt (2tsp) (to taste)
Curry (1tsp)
Maggi (2 cubes)
B)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Onion (half) sliced
Garlic (3 cloves) finely chopped
Chilli Flakes ( 1/2 teaspoon)
1 cup Pepper sauce ( substitute: 1 cup tomato sauce or diced tomatoes)
1 Cube Maggi and salt to taste
Direction
- Combine all of part A in a pot. Set on low heat, add 1/4 cup water. Cover and leave cook for about 40-45mins
- Set another pot on medium heat, add in the oil. Saute the onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add in the Pepper sauce, chilli flakes, maggi and salt. Cover and simmer for 15Mins
- Preheat oven to 400F. Also, line an oven tray with some aluminum foil. (set aside)
- Remove turkey from heat. Add the turkey into the sauce, combine. Arrange the sauced turkey on the oven tray, roast for 15-25mins.
Like magic, your turkey is ready to serve.

PS: If you have left over sauce, feel free to dip the roasted turkey in a second time.
400 C is 752F. Going to be really crispy
