Hi Ronke. I love your blog! You’re doing a great job. I am a Ghanaian and I live in Ghana but I would love to try your recipes since they are so close to Ghanaian dishes. I would like to get LIN as well, how do I go about that? Who knows it might inspire me to write my own LIG (Lose it Ghanaian!) ;). Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi…i never comment on any platform.. But your site is just to divine to ignore.
i hardly cooked in Nigeria.. But when i got to the States it was a different ball game entirely especially when you have a Nigerian Boyfriend too…lol

All this post are really inspiring. Yeah blog is beautiful. My best hobby is cooking but i love the way you re-create the food in a very sophisticated way.
Ronke i have spent a lot of money on loosing weight. It can be daunting you know when you have tried so many methods and yours keep druming in my ears for $19 US or CA. It still baffels me.
I have not gotten any reply yet.
Can you tell me what i need to do to get the book and start shedding those weight. Thanks.
Hello! I know LIN might seem too good to be true because it’s so cheap. I purposefully made it so for it to be accessible to a lot of people. visit the book page HERE and download a copy using the paypal button.
do you have a book out?
