Lose a Dress Size with LoseitNigerian

Yasssss!!! I am not even going to lie, I feel so proud right now.  Sometime last year, I challenged myself & my team to create a Nigerian food weightloss plan challenge around one of my personal favorite things to eat “Rice”.  After months of testing, we perfected the plan which includes Fried Rice, Jollof, Rice & Sauce, Soup & Garri etc. Yes, this is a weightloss plan.

The goal of the LIN Dress Down Challenge is to help you drop a dress size with extra focus on belly fat while eating every single thing you love. I promise you the meals are so good, so filling, there is absolutely zero need to cheat.
