Nigerian Weight loss Challenge – LIN Body Reboot
Hello June!!!
This month marks the halfway point into 2018, like where did all the time go?
If you are anything like me, you had a fit, health, weightloss etc goal for 2018. How is that Going? Personally I will say not so well. I do think this is okay, where there is a will there is hope.
I have put together a 2 weeks Lose It Nigerian challenge to help all of use reset, reboot and re-examine our goals.
We had has several LIN challenges already this year and the results have been incredible. The last 21 day challenge we had lead to this result:
How does it work
The ONLY requirement to joining this challenge is the LIN combo plan (LIN Package) .
What to expect – on the challenge, we all eat off a menu I have created for the weeks. We prep, share ideas, ask questions and eat. All of the recipes that will be used on the challenge are from the plans, hence the need to purchase plan
