Tuwo Masara with Miyan wake (Gbegiri) and sauced oxtail.
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flour
- 3 cups water
Direction
Combine the Corn flour and water in a medium pot, place on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture is thick and stretchy. Add ¼ cup of water, reduce the heat to minimum and leave the pot covered for 3mins. Stir until smooth.
Your tuwo is ready to serve.

Looks awesomely yummy 9jafoodie!!! I’ve been googling gbegiri and miyan kuka o lol. Please are they the same thing? Read that kuka is baobab leaf. Err please what is the native name? And I believe gbegiri is made from beans, abi?
Kuka is completely different…. Miyan Wake is the soup made with beans which is same as gbegiri as you said
