Hello 9jafoodie Fam, fitfam and delish fam! How is it going? How is that New Year resolution to be healthy and fit coming along? If you are still struggling with it, make today the day for change. I have seen so much change in my body this year; I honestly cannot wait to share my progress. One thing that definitely made the difference for me is doing LIN challenges and just the general support from the weight loss group. I feel so accountable now and that has made all the difference to my  progress.

Anyways, this post isn’t about me after all (my own dey come, brace yourself. lol. )

I thought to do a quick update on LIN30 and the ultimate winner of the $250 prize, as well as announce the next LIN Challenge.

The winner was Pheyi, who lost an incredible 6.8KG (~15 POUNDS) IN 30 DAYS, she was diligent with eating well on the Lose it Nigerian meal plan and exercising.

Our next runner up for the challenge also did an amazing job; she lost a total of 5.5kg (12 pounds) in 30 days.

I am very proud of these ladies!!

If you are feeling left out, don’t!  the next LIN challenge starts April 17th.

The challenge is poised to be the most exciting one yet.

I have taken the liberty of creating a 21 day meal and exercise plan for the challenge.

All you will have to do is commit for 21 days, honestly just do it!

What Do You Have To Lose?

The menus are designed with busy people in mind. It requires one time prep over the weekend and that’s it. From my experience, most people don’t have time to cook on a daily basis, so this plan works for most. If you prefer more variety, there is nothing stopping you from creating your own menu or following one of the menus in the LIN book. The lose it Nigerian ebook has all the tools required for you to develop different menus if you so choose.

To Participate in the challenge:

  • Download a copy of the LIN ebook here (all the recipes in the meal plan are based off the book)
  • Request to join the facebook group (you will get access to download link for larger versions of the menus as well as exercise plans after you join the group).

I do hope you join the challenge!! There are currently over 160 people committed to participating.

There is lots of support and lots of people to answer any questions you might have.
